Harper's Story

We are thrilled to announce the
referral of our daughter Shan Wei
Bing; soon to be Harper Ellen Bing
Wise. She is currently residing in
Shan Wei City at the Shan Wei
Children's and Social Welfare
Institute, located in the Guangdong Province,The
People's Republic of China.
She was born on October 1, 2010 and was 9
months old at the time of the referral. We are
bring her home. Currently at 10 months she
weighs 14 pounds and is 26.6 inches long.
Harper's name Bing means ice. Her caretakers say
that she is a quiet and sweet girl that is cute as an
angel. She enjoys babbling to her crib friends and
often smiles and giggles at them. Her favorite past
time is being held and playing with noisy and
musical toys. Shannon is thrilled that his daughter
is also very fond of music!
